For this program, indie developers work directly with attorney Jacob Vela. Jacob is the firm's lawyer dedicated to indie clients.

He's passionate about games, understands the indie development grind (he's actually published his own indie game!), and knows how to give you practical advice in terms you can understand.

I've worked with Jacob on several projects and believe he's a great fit for our indie dev clients.

Who Wouldn't Qualify?

While we'd love to offer this discount to everyone, we've got a business to run. This program isn't for you if:

• You have a high-paying full-time job
• You've worked in games before and shipped commercial products
• You have investors or publishers funding you
• You're an established studio with multiple releases

How It Works

Getting started with the Indie Developer Program is straightforward:

• Review the qualification criteria above to confirm you're eligible
• Schedule your $75 consultation using the form below
• During the consultation, we'll confirm your eligibility and discuss your legal needs
• If we move forward, you'll receive indie pricing on all services
• The consultation fee is credited toward any services you decide to purchase

Important: We work on the honor system but reserve the right to confirm eligibility details. If you're found not to qualify after scheduling, we may cancel the appointment or charge the standard consultation rate.

There isn't one, really. Depending on response, we may need to limit intake capacity to ensure Jacob can give each client proper attention, so spots are first-come, first-served.
