What Happens in the Initial Consultation?

During our 30-minute call, we'll discuss your situation and outline how we can help. We'll cover potential solutions, next steps, and associated fees. The consultation fee will be applied as a credit if you choose to move forward with any services.

We conduct consultations using a Google Meet virtual meeting, which will be linked in the calendar invite prior to the call. If you'd prefer a different method, let us know by sending an email after you've set up the appointment.

What Doesn't Happen on the Call?

Until you are signed on as a client, we can't give you any specific legal advice. The consultation is strictly for gathering information and determining how we can be of assistance.

Note: Setting up a consultation or sending any communications will not make you a client of Legal Moves Law Firm. Until we have agreed to represent you, anything you send will not be confidential or privileged.

Before we can represent you, we will first take you through our conflict of interest procedure and ensure that no conflicts can be found. If you proceed with setting up a consultation or sending an email, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice.
